This is a great place for lunch. My husband LOVES their ruebens and that’s all he ever orders. Their portions are very generous, the service is very friendly, and the prices are average. The inside décor reminds me a little of the Cheesecake Factory(downtown) décor. It just doesn’t seem to fit with the traditional-american food they serve. It’s not really a complaint, more an observation. They have a full bar and and piano player in the evenings.

Better than I expected, you know, for a chain restaurant located in a mall. Whoo hoo! I always like being pleasantly surprised. The menu was pretty extensive, ranging from burgers to dinner salads to pastas. Not a lot of vegetarian options besides pastas and a stray sandwich or two. I opted for the Roasted Veggie Sandwich($ 12). It was accompanied by a salad which was good and not overly dressed. The veggie wrap was nicely prepared and tightly wrapped, always a bonus when things don’t end up too sloppy. I was a little surprised at how expensive mixed drinks were(jack daniels for $ 7.50) when martinis were only in the $ 8 range. I’d probably opt for a beer next time b/c if I’m drinking a $ 7.50 jack n’ coke, there better hardly be any coke(and I wasn’t so lucky here). The service was great; our server was very accommodating, knowledgeable, friendly, and really knew the menu well. He didn’t hesitate for a second to take a salad back when someone decided they wanted dressing on the side. BOTTOMLINE: Not necessarily someplace I’d go out of my way to get to, but a nice spot to stop by if you’re in the area and looking for a quality place.

For some reason, I thought this was a steak place. Oopsie. I was surprised they didn’t have filet on their menu, but oh well. We arrived at 7:00 on a Friday night and had to wait about 20 minutes for a table. It wasn’t too terrible because there was a table near the bar and the piano player. Once we got our table the *real* wait began. We started off our meal with the bacon wrapped dates. They were wonderful. Be warned, though, only order this if you have a lot of people to share it with. They are very rich and you’ll fill up on them if you aren’t careful. I can’t imagine they would work to bring home as leftovers. I ordered the Crispy Atlantic Salmon for my entrée with a chopped salad. Hubby ordered the Skirt Steak Mojito with Clam Chowder. Little munchkin ordered the popcorn shrimp with asparagus instead of french fries.(Yes, he has one of THOSE mothers) My salad came almost 20 minutes after the appetizer plate was cleared. My husbands soup came another 10 minutes later. Who doesn’t serve these items at the same time??? The staff took forever to clear plates or refill water and my son never received a refill of his drink.(Maybe they don’t do drink refills?) The entrees came and… well, I’ve had better salmon in many places. It was crispy but pretty bland. The potato that came with it was bland as well. My son’s popcorn shrimp was actually just regular fried shrimp. This is a problem with a picky kid that doesn’t like larger shrimp. If you are serving regular fried shrimp, you need to say that on your menu. Thankfully he loves steak so he ate some of my husban
