DO NOT GO TO HER! ARROGANT AND EGOTISTICAL DOCTOR! SHE LURES AND WOOS PEOPLE THROUGH HER SNEAKY ADVERTISING TACTICS WITH PHRASES LIKE «Best in the field…» «Someone you can trust…» and lists her accomplishments like a trophy case. She thrives off of her own ego and DOES NOT ADMIT FAULT. Don’t bite the bait!
She has her own website that is titled by her name «drelizabethkchung» i check it out. there is NO PRIVACY POLICY on her site. very UNPROFESSIONAL

Terrible service. (I should clarify, not from the receptionist but from Dr. Chung herself!)
VERY Rude.
Unprofessional.
She claims to offer a service with compassion and empathy (according to her website) and I saw/​experienced 0%.
Money-​hungry.
Worst experience with a doctor, EVER.

I never write reviews however as a fellow physician, I figured it is my duty. This was by far the worst doctor’s visit I have ever heard of or experienced personally to date. Dr. Chung is extremely unprofessional and uses scare tactics to get patients to re-​schedule. After my examination, for my review of findings, she told me a very harsh/​severe diagnosis and informed me that it was something that I must take care of immediately. She took blood to run some tests and told me they would follow up when they received my results. A week and a half passed with no correspondence so I decided to call them. They informed me that my results were not in but should be by the end of the week and to make an appointment for the following week. I made an appointment with the condition that they call me when my results are in otherwise I will assume they did not come in and will not come to the appointment. I never received a call and figured my results still did not come. I then received a letter in the mail stating that Dr. Chung was dismissing me from her care because I ‘missed my appointment.’ Completely ludicrous and unjustified. For an ‘emergency situation,’ to let over a week and a half pass without any correspondence is completely unprofessional and an embarrassment to the medical field. I would never refer anyone to Dr. Chung and hope that the medical field has more competent doctors than she.
