We called and he showed up in 40 minutes, which was great. But… He wanted $ 1,600.00 to install a $ 570.00 hot water tank.(which is easily accessible from the garage) He said he was busy and that he could charge a high price because there is high demand right now. Sears wants $ 450.00 for the install, but Sears is not calling back.

They are awesome! I called them in the morning and they came two hours later. Very helpful in resolving my kitchen sink clog. They also told me how I can prevent future clogging. They are very reasonable in price. I highly recommend them.

I have to admit, I’m really impressed with these guys. Alex is such a nice guy, and is very easy to communicate with via email, which I love. Based on other quotes I received for the job, I think his prices are very fair. Today, his guys put in a new hot water heater for us. We have a difficult venting situation, but Alex found a heater that would suit our needs. He called two days ago to confirm our appointment, his guys arrived on time (actually, early, but didn’t ring our doorbell until the prearranged hour!), and were clean and tidy both working and finishing up the job. I will absolutely call him back for our future plumbing needs, and recommend him to friends! :-)
