We just sold a diamond ring to Mike at his Skokie office. We found him online the day before due to positive reviews and scheduled to see him the day after. Mike cleaned our current jewelry, gave a precise examination of the ring and diamond that were were looking to sell and gave us an offer that we were realistically looking to get. He gave us cash on the spot. Really simple! No pressure and very trustworthy! The other jewelry stores we brought it to prior didn’t feel trustworthy and their offers were less. We highly recommend seeing Mike!

Great experience overall. Mike provides very professional and detailed services. He explains the buying process and performs his tests in front of you. I did not have that experience with any of the 6 other companies from whom I received quotes beforehand. And his prices for buying gold are higher and fair. I left feeling very positive and with no regrets. Safe and open process. Again cannot say that about any other companies. I will definitely use again and highly recommend.

Made what could be a difficult experience very pleasant! I brought some things of my mother’s, who recently passed away for Mike to look at. I did not know value. Mike was able to give me the value quickly and honestly. He really knows his stuff! He has a long time background in the jewelry industry and felt he knew what he was talking about. He paid cash on the spot and gave me a more than fair value for my pieces. I walked out very happy! I would go back there again and highly recommend him, plus he has a great personality!

My friend recommended Michael to me awhile ago. I put a lot of sentimental value behind my jewelry– so selling it to a complete stranger was not high on my list.
When I did eventually call Michael I was very happy with the whole experience. We happened to live in the same neighborhood so he came to my house. He never once made me feel like I HAD to sell him what I had. He let me take my time and make my own decisions.

Michael was awesome.
To be honest, I was super nervous, there’s something sketchy about the idea of selling a diamond, I have no idea why.
BUT he made me feel super comfortable, was a very cool guy and did all of the weighing and measuring right in front of me. He explained everything I needed to know, why my diamond was worth more or less based on different factors. I watched him look up the price in that giant catalog thing and walked out a very happy lady.
I like him a lot, and would absolutely sell to him again!
