Cvs Pharmacy

This is probably the worst cvs I have ever been to. The staff is really mean and hates working there. I live right be there so it’s super convenient, however, every time I ask for help or if they have something, they just simply ignore me or leave me waiting just to tell me that they don’t have it. I have some friends who worked there, and they said that the management sucks, which makes sense, I guess.

This is my go to pharmacy/​drug store. The pharmacy staff and service are great (once I told them to take me OFF off auto refill), and I like the confirmations when I order a refill online, as well as the text I receive when my order is ready. The staff all know me and are very accommodating.
Regarding the store itself, it is neat, clean, and convenient for just about anything we need for our household; from toiletries and cleaning supplies to office supplies, greeting cards, and select groceries. They can be more pricey than some other stores I frequent, yet they have constant coupons and I appreciate the reward dollars to use towards future spending. I also appreciate that they actually track my spending, and send deals and offers accordingly, which makes me feel like a valued customer.
Only one star deducted for the hours. There’s another location a bit further away that my mom prefers, because they are 24 hours. They would actually be better for me because I go to work super early, before they’re open, and sometimes need things late in the evening. Especially medicine or prescriptions on the occasional emergency!
The cashiers at the front are always pleasant, and you can tell they’ve been trained on customer service skills. In fact just the other day «Aaron» chatted with my daughter and me and was very helpful, not only in helping us locate a specific item, but in making sure I had the coupon for another item, also in how he bagged the few groceries that we had bought. He made sure to bag our small items together, and our eggs separately, which I appreciated! My daughter said I should write HIM a review, he was that impressive!
