We stopped going here over a year ago when we brought in my wife’s brand new cocktail dress purchased at Nordstrom’s for several hundred dollars to be cleaned. She wore it only once to a wedding and took it in to Joseph’s. When it came back and we looked at it the next time, it had brown burn marks shaped like an iron on a white dress. We brought it in and spoke to the owner’s. They refused to take responsibility although we know it was damaged by them. Caveat Emptor.

I have never written a review before, but this place is so great I had to! I seen their signs for gown cleaning and preserving and called up for my wedding dress. She said just bring it in and we’ll take a look. That can be quite pricey when I looked around. I brought it in and they were so friendly! My dress was filthy and 1 year old dirty snow stains! She just said with a smile «it looks like you had fun.» My total cost was 75% less than other places I called!
I took my husband’s suit too and it cost $ 8 to clean! What a delightful place. It was clean and look so organized too.
Now I have a neighborhood place to take all my cleaning and tailoring.

Joseph’s is a small, independently owned dry cleaners located in a small strip of stores. It has dedicated parking just for the cleaners and is super easy to get to.
I dropped off 7 dress shirts and my bill came to just under $ 10. I tried to do the math quickly in my head (prices are not posted in the store) — $ 1.50 for a men’s dress shirt? Are you joking? I’d had my shirts cleaned more often at these prices.
Credit card minimum is $ 10.
And they came back every bit as high quality and clean as corporate or big box owned cleaners.
As for services, I don’t know to what extent they can clean furs, suede, oversized comforters, the down jacket handed down by your dear grandmother who just passed, or can speak to their tailoring services, but if you are looking for a basic dry cleaner to just get your stuff clean, this is completely worth the place to check out.
I was completely satisfied with the value and the quickness in which my stuff was cleaned.
