Exceptional group, exceptional service. Very kind. Took care of an orthodontist emergency and made sure I was very taken care of!

I had braces as a teenager in another city and got permanent retainers put in. When I was living in the Chicago area, my upper retainer broke off. I had no idea what to do and asked my dentist, who recommended Dr. Kerzner.
Dr. Kerzner was friendly, knowledgeable, and careful. He took his time cementing my broken retainer back on, explaining exactly what he was doing and why, and didn’t stop until the job was perfect. His staff are really great too.
The retainer tends to break again every couple years (not his fault… it’s just how my bite is), and he never charges me more than $ 40 – 50 to fix it. Awesome guy.

The best! I was a patient of Dr. Kerzner’s many years ago, starting with his predecessor Dr. Swoiskin. I had my braces removed when I was 14, and I’m now 30… and my teeth are still perfect. Of course, I still wear my (original!) retainers every night;)
BTW I started with quite a mess — needed headgear to correct an overbite, and lots of correction for gaps as well as a tiny jaw (had four permanent premolars removed to make room). But the bit of extra space ended up allowing my wisdom teeth to come in without any problems… three are totally in and I’m just waiting for the last to emerge.
Dr. Kerzner was always very attentive and caring, as well as the rest of his staff. I’m now looking for an orthodontist for adult braces for my boyfriend, and was doing some research, and was surprised to see Dr. Kerzner did not yet have any reviews. He deserves the best of accolades! Thanks, doctor, for giving me a beautiful, lifelong smile!
