Lou is very honest. He educates the consumer and will not try to sell them a service they don’t need. It turned out that he was unable to help us because of the type of problem we had, but if we have a pest control problem in the future, we will definitely call him.

Lou has gone over and beyond in the removal of infestation in my elderly mother’s home. I felt like he treated me and my mother as if we were members of his own family. I trust his procedures for treatment of the problem and recommend him highly. It is so refreshing to work with someone who is so kind, polite and professional.

I had bed bugs two years ago and my property management company at the time contracted with this company. They were the best. Very knowledgeable, knew the products out there that I could use, gave me a detailed and thorough prep sheet, checked all the apartments around me for signs, and he himself used a combo of steam and chemical treatments (which a reputable company should do) around the ENTIRE apartment (even though my small infestation was confined to the living room) for an integrated and complete treatment plan. I have since moved, but was even given advice on how to proof my place after he left should they have come from some other part of the building that couldn’t be inspected (large building) I believe my new property management company contracts with a good company should I get these bastards again (knocks on wood), but would shell out my own cash if needed for their services.
