I just had my car washed there, 12/​19/​2015, and heard a loud thunk while going through. When I got out I saw that the driver side mirror was damaged. The glass was cracked and the entire housing had come loose. When I notified the clerk of this, he just said they are not responsible for any damage. Very uncaring and not even apologetic in the least.
I decided to file a police report, and also an insurance claim. They shouldn’t be allowed to get away with this. I hope that this warning can save somebody else from a similar situation. Please do not patronize this business.

Avoid this place. The managers don’t care about the place. It has to be the worst car wash I have ever seen. Everything is dirty (including you car when you leave) and a lot of the equipment seems to be broken or in poor repair. My neighbor had his car damaged there and the managers didn’t do anything about it other than point to the sign that says they are not responsible. The rail damaged one of my wheels. This does not happen at other car washes. Ick, bad. Avoid.

This place has ripped me off now twice on their car washes. I have used their car wash for years mainly for the convenience of their location and recently their system has changed such that the car wash does not expire for a month vs the previous 2 week expiration.
Since the change I now have 2 experiences where their «computer» reads that I have already used the car wash when I know for a fact that this is false. The first time it occurred I brought it to the managers attention at which time I was told it was my error because their computer showed it had already been used. I was skeptical but gave the owner the benefit of the doubt and let it go. This past week I tried to again use a car wash code purchased 2 weeks earlier, to find out that the «computer» shows it had already been used. Again I brought it to the manager’s attention, but was told the computer is the truth and I must be mistaken. The manager states if I can bring «evidence» of the computer error then he will look into it, but otherwise I received no refund, no understanding. Clearly the problem now is with the computer being the «truth» there is no way for me to provide evidence to the contrary unless other users report similar issues.
Please respond if you have similar issues so we can put a stop to this potential criminal activity.

I spent $ 10 for the premium and was not a very good wash at all. Looked like standard soap and did do anything for my tires. Good location if you really need to wash but if you have time there are better washes out there.

Pretty quick pretty efficient, right next to the expressway so its good easy access in and out. The store inside as well organized but the clerk did not seem too chatty.

Pretty decent inside for a gas station– real nice area for car cleaning off the side, too!

it’s your regular run of the mill gas station. employees aren’t rude and the bathrooms been clean when I’ve had to use them. they have a car wash, but there’s rails where you’re wheel is supposed to fit in between them, so beware to those who drive low cars or cars with wide wheels. the reason why I like the place and always go back between that, the shell, and the BP that are right next door is this is one of the few places where you can still get free air! I know it might not seem like much, but it’s rather annoying when you’re tire is low and you don’t have a pocket of quarters to pay the outrageous two dollar charge other places are charging. just to use it for like a minute and a half!
