The Weber Center is a pretty versatile facility. They have a skating ring that is pretty well maintained, several private exercise rooms for yoga and whatnot, a full service fitness center, 3 indoor basketball/volleyball courts, a par-39 hole golf course, and even a few ping pong tables for those into table tennis. I frequent Weber for the golf course and park district volleyball games. The course is pretty well maintained and is a decent course for the money(it’s pretty darn cheap). The gymnasium where v-ball and b-ball is held is nice, all of the equipment is in great shape and the employees who work the games are professional and friendly. Parking can be an adventure during peak hours as I’ve circled the lot for 10 minutes before finding a spot a few times.

Nice ample sized parking lot. The Park District seems to offer a good health club facility since I see alot of people around the track, on the 2nd floor, above the volleyball gym. Thus far, I only go to participate in the open volleyball on Sunday mornings, which isn’t consistently offered so you have to call ahead to confirm hours. Once when I went, the nets weren’t set up even though they were supposed to be. Another time, a full 2 courts were packed for all 3 hours of open play. Hopefully, it’ll become more regular — the gym is a spacious hard wood high-ceilinged facility. The center also offers pingpong which draws a nice competitive crowd by mid-morning.
