This is one of my absolute favorite Starbucks locations! They never get my special orders wrong and the staff is consistently friendly and competent! Wish it was closer to home and work!

Second and last time here. Coffee is fine but drive up is insanely slow both last time and this time! It’s a Saturday afternoon, I’m not in a big rush but I also don’t want to spend 10 min in a drive up. They also need a brush up on their manners.

This particular Starbucks is located steps away from the Skokie CTA station, making it convenient to grab a coffee/pastries before hopping on the train. It is more on the smaller end, but there are a limited number of tables to do some work and/or to enjoy your beverage. The employees are fairly nice and are pretty efficient in making your drinks. They also have a drive-thru, making it a bit more convenient for those on the go. Make sure you park in the free allotted spots, as the others are metered and for the transit riders. +drive-thru available

Been going to this place for the last 4 years and never had an issue. If you catch the train, it’s not Starbucks fault that you missed it, or running late, no reason to complain about slow coffee makers, when it’s your fault you even missed your train to begin with. I had nothing but amazing customer service and this is by far the best Starbucks I’ve been to, compared to the ones I visit downtown.

If you have between fifteen and twenty minutes between the train and the bus and don’t have a complicated order, you MAY be able to get a drink here. Pretty slow most of the time with six people running around trying to look busy and one person making all the drinks for the counter and drive in. I usually don’t bother ordering any thin here anymore unless there’s no one else in line

When I walked in there was only 1 order in front. No greetings so I decided to greet them! After i place my order for 2 capuchinos I waited and waited… After 10 min wait I receive my order. Staff needs to work at a decent phase and also should focus on taking care of a customer.

Built in the train station Super cute About 20 seats inside Same food/drinks/$ than any other Starbucks but this feels special good to sip in a cup of coffee without rushing and I’d say with good company(=date, friend or book)

I love this Starbucks location because of the easy parking access! The staff is also so friendly and the place is always so clean. I love coming here and just reading a book with cup of coffee.

I’ve been meaning to review my Starbucks for a while. Where do I start? We moved to MG two years ago and that’s when I fell in love with my tiny little shop. First off, for being so tiny, they pack a big punch. This particular location is crazy busy! I always tell people that when I pull into their driveway if there is no one in front of me, it means I’m going to have a good day. A couple shot outs. to Marcos, Zach(I know you’re at the LW location now but I remember you being here) Dan, Manar, inna you guys are awesome baristas. Ohhh AND my dog loves seeing you too. Every time we go there, she knows now that she’s supposed to get your signature«puppacino»(whipped cream in a kids cup). She thanks you and said to leave six stars :)

Sad that they discontinued the ham artisan breakfast sandwich. Main reason I stopped here on my way to work.

I really like the new remodeled décor and layout of this place! Much better! This went from being a Starbucks I avoided doing work at to a Starbucks I now prefer doing work at. :)

Long wait times, constantly running out product, only 3 or 4 good baristas, who never work at the same time, so they’re usually paired up with other baristas who don’t give a !@$$÷#! The location is a high traffic area. PLEASE send the slow baristas to Iowa and replace them with quick efficient people who deliver good customer service. This isn’t random, I have to deal with this on the daily.

One of the best and unique starbucks in Chicagoland! They have the best baristas who make your coffee enjoyable to sip. Friendly and nice staff! Unique, because the location is a former train station. You can still recognize the façade and interior of the place that once it was part of skokie history. There are no couches in this place but very accessible to skokie swift yellow line train.

My best memory of this place will always be rolling up to the drive through, listening to my Beatific Beats playlist, thinking I had turned it down enough to an appropriate level. I realized that it was still too loud when the entire staff near the window started dancing. I don’t get it but there’s something about this location where all of the staff members seem rather happy. I am also friends with one of their former managers, who had nothing bad to say about his experience working here. The service is fast. The drinks are point on. The people watching here is excellent if you decide to hang out. It’s very«Platform 9 and ¾,» in a way. Always busting with people who have never seemed angry during their visit. Overly serious, perhaps, but never rude. Unfortunately, I’m sure this location has seen those times where someone started on some nonsense; but I lived in Skokie for 5 years and I never witnessed anything terrible. My favorite Starbucks location. I love you guys!

This place is a ZOO at all times. The barista’s are regular and lovely! Beware the creepy homeless and cab drivers hanging outside– don’t let them scare you away.

The workers are pleasant once they get to you, but they’ll take a long time to get to you. This shop is at the Skokie Swift train stop on Dempster. Obviously, their bread and butter is the train riding demographic. If that’s not you, then find another coffee shop as this one isn’t the best around.

They are ok with their drinks, and I do like the drive through. So why the 2 stars? BEANS. I’ve been in there a couple of times looking for Sumatra beans(my wife’s favorite) or other dark beans. One time they were out of Sumatra; another time they were out of Sumatra and MOST of their other dark beans. The Starbucks stores at 4116 Dempster and Plaza Del Lago in Wilmette are much better stocked for beans.

Fast drive-thru service… Ordered 4 drinks and they didn’t make one mistake. I just wish the prices were a little lower. The Tall drinks(which are the smallest) are priced around $ 4. From the outside, it’s the Yellowline train station so the building looks different and historic.

This star bucks has a drive thru ! Super convenient, They always get my order right. Hazelnut soy latte and a turkey bacon egg white sandwich on a whole grain English muffin — minus the grease! Thank you Starbucks! If only they had these two flavors I tried out of the country which are praline or toffee nut! Maybe I’ll ask next time.
