This was TODAY. Needed a quick trim. Hair was looking a little shaggy, and we’re seeing family for Thanksgiving.
Got paired with stylist Naseem. I was very clear with my instructions. Buzz the sides with a 4. Trim the top and blend it in. No part. No product. Leave the sideburns.
Started off well. Buzzed as requested. Then she got the trimmer out. I was expecting her to clean up around my ears but SHE CLEAN BUZZED OFF MY SIDEBURN. I tried to stop her, but it happened so fast. Then she was gonna leave the other one, but I said now that one was done, please at least make them match. TOTALLY DIFFERENT LENGTH.
Haircut was mediocre, but that’s to be expected for $ 14. Plain old neglect, that’s inexcusable.
Manager was less than helpful, and would only offer me $ 1 coupons off my next visit. That’s only helpful if I planned to go back. NOPE. Called the corporate office instead, we’ll see what they come back with.
1 star review. But I gave them 2 because you get what you pay for. I should have known better.

I was in a hurry and needed a bang trim. BIG MISTAKE! I just had a horrible experience here (although somewhat saved by one employee named Nana who did what she could after the fact.) Looks like a couple months of baseball hats for me.

It’s always a hit or miss with most hair salon chains. However, out of all the ones I’ve been to, this is the only decent one. I would even say that my experience here has always been better even compared to pricier establishments… that is of course depending on the hairstylist you get.
I’m a great fan of Nancy, NaNa, and the new addition to the place, Nancy O. They are very personable and actually listen to my desires and concerns. I’m a college kid and I do like to experiment with my hair. With these three ladies, I always feel comfortable about suggesting a out-​of-​the-​ordinary hairstyle (s) for my head; I never feel like a freak or a nuisance. They are very accommodating to my needs. However, I can’t speak for the rest of the people here.

Almost once a month I have to go in and watch the epic battle between my hair and the stylist. Unfortunately this location has a losing streak and like an idiot I keep coming back hoping things will get better.
Like a mouse to a sticky pad, I lose a little bit of myself every time I come in. I’ve left with patches in my hair, my ear cut, and what felt like bruises on my head. Not to mention my time, I’ve sat 30 min before because the manager wanted to get her friend in before me. The lady just arrived and didn’t have an appointment. I walked out and they didn’t care.
Why? Because it’s on my way home from work and they do have one good stylist (that I pray that I get, when I walk in). I know I have to kick the habit but the convenience, the CONVENIENCE!
