Dr. Steven Kahn did a lengthy consultation with me and removed a mole for me on Friday.
I was absolutely impressed with him and his nursing staff.
He has an excellent bedside manner and wonderful communication skills. He put me at ease, and I have a propensity toward anxiety about medical procedures. He also answered all of my questions and even returned when I realized I had forgotten to bring up an additional question afterward.
The complaints about wait time are not unfounded, but I have experienced the very same at other dermatologists too. Allow an extra 20 minutes of wiggle room for wait time.
The practice is conveniently located right by Old Orchard Mall, but a bit hard to find behind a bank building.
I would highly recommend him to friends and family.

I waited 75 minutes for a 10-​minute appointment. This includes the 15-​minutes-​early they requested. During this long wait, I filled out my new patient paperwork. No less than THREE TIMES I wrote in my current address. Yesterday I received a bill that had been sent to an address at which I have not lived for two years. Date on the bill was 03.19 due date 04.09, and after being bounced around the postal system, it arrived at my home on 04.29, over a month from the date it was sent and about three weeks after the due date. So if you like waiting forever, and if you would like a medical collection on your credit report due to administrative negligance, this is the place for you.
