Balcony seating, beautiful old painted murals on the walls, reasonable prices for snacks(I mean like regular convenience-store prices, not movie-theater prices), free ice water, friendly staff, clean establishment, and no endless, loud ads & previews before the main feature. I completely agree with the person who said it «feels like home» — to be honest, it’s spoiled the multiplex experience for me; why put up with all those inconveniences, honestly, when you can just go here? (Um, note, though: The entire population of the local high school tends to turn out for the opening Friday or Saturday nights of the big popcorn films. This was fun during one of the Transformers flicks but was problematic when someone decided to be a catcalling jerk during a Paranormal Activity movie. The owner came and settled things right away, but, you know — some kids feed on the energy that troublemakers bring to the table.)
