The guy that work here is a dick, buy gas and a Chapstick and don’t even think about asking to use the bathroom! He told us we were «wasting his fucking time», whoever owns this place should consider hiring someone without a stick up their asshole if they want to stay in business. Never stopping there again!

Extremely rude. It’s not a rude by chance either, he’s rude with everyone! The guy at the cash register acts uninterested and tells you he can’t hear you so please step aside. No one’s going to come back to this s***hole! Get a new cashier or go out of business!

I purchased some snacks, which totaled $ 4.89. I added that I wanted to pump $ 20 in gas. The cashier rang me up for $ 20.11 to make it an even $ 25.00.
I reiterated that I only wanted $ 20.00 in gas, but he refused to void the transaction and ring it for only $ 24.89.
My frustration lies in not the eleven cents, obviously, but in the fact that I clearly stated what I wanted to purchase — $ 20.00 in gas — and he forced my payment and purchase of more than I committed to. The principle of the thing is what gets me.
Disappointing experience.

The owner Gil is fantastic! He’s such a friendly awesome guy. We would buy gas and fuel here every time we went to go play. If the owner is working you’re in luck. Since we are locals and come in all the time he would turn the pumps on for us with a smile and a wave from the window since we never know how much we’re putting in.
He recently hired a sour, crotchety, old guy name Tom, who has worked there off and on for many years before the new owner bought it. Tom is rude and unhelpful. Enough so that I will fill up in Gold Bar. :(
If Tom wasn’t there it would get 5 stars.

*when it was a chevron I am not sure if the owners were different but the many times I stopped the cashier (s) were just rude and uninterested
*it is now a generic and the guy working there is much more friendly and engaging
*they pack a lot of crap into this store but thats a good thing cause there aint much between gold bar and leavenworth
