Honestly, giving this place 1 Star is being generous. The workers are rude and their produce should be in the garbage

Delicious cider donuts, excellent produce. They have lots of pastries and farm goods. Bought a big pumpkin, we really like this place!

I never mind paying top dollar for quality goods, however, $ 2.50 per turnover and there was hardly any filling inside any of them. While the market has been under new ownership for a considerable this is a recent cutback and a poor business decision that will cost the business more in the long run. I can purchase(3) three freshly baked pastries or danishes at the local Shoprite or Price Chopper Bakeries and have change left over. I’ll stick to the donuts where you can see and feel what you’re getting.

Visiting Upstate New York in the Fall would not be complete without a visit to an Apple Orchard. They first opened in the late 1920’s and are situated on approximately 5 acres of land. There are hay rides and other things for the kids to enjoy such apple and pumpkin picking this time of year. On the inside, it has a General Store feel to it with local produce, fresh baked goods and antiques tucked away in the back. Besides the produce they had homemade Cider and Dairy products from local producers. The cider donuts are not that sweet even though covered with cinnamon and sugar they are light and airy. For the apples there were several varieties. My favorite was the Cortland which came in a small bushel for about 6 dollars. Some of the apples are the size of grapefruits. Tart and tangy. At the checkout the girl had to double bag them they were so heavy. Nice way to spend a Fall afternoon with family.
