I bought a used washer dryer here for one of my tenants units. What an ordeal! I wish I would have bought a new one. He gives you a 30 day warranty, but if you want to claim it, you have to get large appliance back to Slidell.
This washer broke about a day after my tenants moved in. Due to extenuating circumstances, I couldn’t get it back to Slidell. Let the store know, they offered to fix it. They couldn’t show up due to truck troubles and my tenants needed a washer, so I paid $ 250 to someone else to come fix it. The repair man said nothing had been refurbished.
Two days later the dryer breaks. A+ actually does come out to fix it. The same time the washer starts leaking. He won’t touch the washer because somebody else worked on it. Now I have to get another repair guy.
The savings were not worth it. Skip this place. Go to Depot, get a new one, you’ll thank me later.
