Always a decent experience. Duane is very good at accommodating your price range by showing you every piece within said range and working quickly for you. We have purchased two beds (exact same, difference sizes because we like the house to match), a mattress and a box spring. Will return. Wish some of the models were cheaper, though.

Duane was cool, and the selection was vast. Know this, though. It is a SECOND-​HAND store! Look and inquire of the product with diligence and fervor. The furniture stocked is of low-​medium quality for the prices. I don’t know if I would return.

This was my first time actually buying furniture and the experience was excellent. The staff was helpful and were happy to answer all of my questions. I love my new sofa and can’t wait until it arrives.

The customer service sucks at this place !!! I bought a catnapper sectional sofa ($ 2000) back in late October 2014. Upon delivery of this sofa, 4 sofa legs was missing !!! I have been going back and forth trying to get my 4 sofa legs and still have not yet to receive them… it is now Jan 2015 !! I always have to call this place, they never call me back. I have even emailed the owner… still no response.
