Our A/C condenser fan blade broke (one blade), and I called Benfatti. They were nice and pleasant to deal with, and showed up on time. Their price, however, seemed steep. Quote to replace fan blade was $ 450, not including the $ 94 service charge. Part of the service charge would be deducted if I had them repair it, leaving me paying around a $ 25 diagnostics charge, for a total of $ 475. I bought the fan blade for $ 40 and did it myself. Took me about 15 minutes. 6 screws to remove the grill cover and one set screw to remove the fan.
