Central Heating & A/C Repairs

I called Central Heating & A/​C Repairs at 8:30a.m. on Saturday morning to repair my outside A/​C unit which had stopped working in the middle of the night. Jason was at my house within the hour and had my A/​C running within 30 minutes after arriving. I told him on the phone that I was probably going to need a new fan motor, but I was wrong… Jason quickly determined that it wasn’t the motor, but a time delay circuit board, which he removed. He, then informed me that there was no need to replace the part because I had a feature in my thermostat that serves the same purpose as the part that went bad. In other words, he didn’t try to sell me something that I didn’t need. The trip charge was $ 65. I had called Keefe’s prior to calling Central… I got an answering service, which told me they would forward the message and that they charge a minimum of $ 120 just to come to the house on Saturday. I also called HELP Air Conditioning… again, I got an answering service – they returned my call after Jason was already on his way. Another company told me the trip/​service charge would be $ 85, but wouldn’t be able to come out until 3p.m. Jason came out quickly, worked quickly and professionally… and he’s a very nice guy. I was very comfortable having him in my home. I couldn’t have been more satisfied! From now on when I have a problem with my A/​C, I don’t have to research through a bunch of companies (I tend to be a research hound… I read through all the online reviews and check out their BBB ratings), I have my A/​C guy – It’s Jason from Central Heating & A/​C Repairs! Fast, Quality work, Professional, Friendly… Highly recommend!!!
