Ordered the loaded wings. It was comical how different they looked in real life than in the picture that was right in front of us. They only took up half the skillet, and had clearly been sitting under a heat lamp for quite awhile. We had to ask for the ranch that came with them, and there was a hair in it. Our waiter was half impossible to flag down, so I went to the to-go area and got more ranch. Took over 15 minutes to get our drinks. Strawberry margarita was just under $ 10. Margherita chicken was good. No complaints there. The black beans that I had as a side were COLD. I think they had them sitting in the serving bowl the whole time they cooked the chicken. They were the same as the temperature in the restaurant, in January. Cold. I enjoy being able to order and pay from the kiosk on the table. I like their rewards system. The staff was friendly. I just hope this particular location steps it up as far as food quality and preparation.

On the plus side, food was great… everything was perfectly cooked and hot and fresh when we received it. Our waitress was very attentive and kept our drink glasses full(my husband and son tend to gulp drinks-usually three glasses a piece during an average meal) Now for my complaint… When we entered the restaurant, I asked the hostess for a booth or table(I don’t like the high-top tables, I’m short and my feet dangle) The restaurant was very busy and there weren’t many tables or booths empty, but the hostess told us that there were none available(even though we could clearly some) She seated us at a very small high-top table(dangling feet-ugg!!) The table was way too small for us, and by the time our food arrived we were literally stacking plates on top of one another. My husband got testy because he accidentally stuck his elbow in his beans and rice(which made a mess), but there was no where else to put that plate. Meanwhile, we watched the hostess seat family after family at the very same booths and tables she had just told us were unavailable… Frustrating, to say the least! I guess next time I’m going to have to insist we get a bigger table, so we can enjoy our meal!

Service was polite but the kitchen was excessively slow. My steak was very over cooked and you could tell the sides had sat under a heat lamp for far too long. Everything just felt institutional and from a bag/freezer.

Holy cow this is one of the best Chilis I have ever been to! Just perfect everything. I must say since I have banned the Gulfport Chili’s I haven’t felt too bad being one of my favorite places to eat but I will definitely stop here when I get the craving lol!

Their service is slow and terrible… The salsa was watered down and disgusting, my meal came out late, and wrong! My dessert took more than an hour to come out. The drinks were mixed up, and we got the more expensive drink. Overall a terrible experience for all those involved, do yourself a favor and skip this one.

Don’t do it, awful. Bought a gift card to use on our meal, which we have done in the past. Meal comes out wrong, no attention from the waiter so no refills on drinks and we don’t get condiments. End of meal I hand over gift card he goes to ring it up assistant manager comes out and says it won’t work for four more hours. So I say where’s the manager, manager comes out and says no it’s 24 hours, WTH? Well I’m pissed at this point BC now I have to wait till the $ 50 gets credited back to my bank account and I have to fork out $ 50 for the meal. So as I left I paid $ 100 for a horrible meal. Ugh I won’t ever be back. If you want real authentic Spanish food. Go to Que Rico. If you want tacos go to Felipe. I’m done with chilis you’d be better off with taco hell.

The quality of the food here has really gone down hill. The service is even gotten worse. Went to lunch with my mother in law and they sat us at a dirty table after waiting 20 minutes in line. Waitress never brought refills. The appetizer we got was cold. When I got my food there was a hair in the quesadilla before she even set down the plate I told our waitress that and she said«do you want me to get you something else?» And I said no you can take it away. Being a server myself I understand things happen, nobody’s perfect and I never expect it to be. But after my mother in law was finished eating, the waitress brought the check and didn’t even bother taking off the quesadillas. I asked her if she could take them off because she took them back immediately and I didn’t order anything else and she said they can’t take anything off the bill, it was against their policy. I work at a restaurant and know good and well that if my customer had a problem with something, I’d explain the problem to the manager and ask them to take it off the bill. I’m not sure if she was serious or just having a bad day. Either way. I will not be returning ever again. Customer service should be number one above all else.

I am always underwhelmed with this chilis location. They have potential to be better but i am constantly disappointed with the customer service in the to-go area. When we call, we are always unpleasantly rushed through placing an order. When we arrive to pick up the order, we are seldom greeted and sometimes not even acknowledged for a long time while the server is standing right there at the computer. Also, we often order the cajun alfredo with shrimp and the shrimp recently changed and are much smaller and not appetizing. The food is always just okay, but the service is even more sub-par. The place is good to bring kids though, because its noisey.

We visited this restaurant the day after Thanks Giving and elected to sit at the high tables in the bar area as it has more daylight and does not feel claustrophobic. We ordered the advocado burger and watch a football game on one of the televisions, a little time latter a young lady brought our meals to the table and asked if we required anything else. We asked for mayonnaise and then looked at the burgers, the burger was only half a burger with bacon! We queried the order and the young lady realized she had brought the order to the wrong table! We watched the young lady take the order back into the kitchen and within 30 seconds came back out with same order and delivered it to the correct table. We had not touched the food but I was worried at this cavalier attitude to the delivery of food ordered. Our advocado burger arrived and tasted wonderful but the avocado looked nothing like the beautiful slices on the menu. I would eat here again but maybe not order the advocado burger.
