I contract on a yearly basis. This means they show up on schedule whether the lawn needs it or not. I do this because they do a quck and thorough job and the price is right. If you pay cash/​check for the year it is 10% off. Credit card gets you 7% off. In 3 years I have had one problem only. So for $ 47.50 (compared to my previous service at $ 75 a cut) if they cut it a few times extra I still win.
My only complaint was that their edger cut a pipe to irrigate the garden. They didn’t fix it. It took me 30 minutes. Clearly it was an edger that did it… now it has a metal cover so it won’t happen again.

Stopped this yard service. Their price is great, but yard started looking terrible. Yard has gaps cut in it, when big mower turned tires left dug out spots in yard and finally grass was not an even cut due to possible dull blades. Paying $ 5 more for much better service.
