Very professional, hands on. I brought my Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 in for screen replacement and charging issues. The service tech took the time to explain potential causes of the problem was given an estimated time of repair completion form I will be contacted over the next several days I was even given a fair cost quote.

These guys are the best! Their customer service is above & beyond & they really helped me out when I was in need. I could’ve went to Apple to maybe gotten a better price but it’s definitely worth spending a couple more dollars to just have everything taken care of minus the lines & crowds of people. Not to mention Lakeside Mall in itself. Go to iSupply!
