Several co-​workers referred me to Dr. Butler, and I have been very pleased with his soft-​spoken manner, professionalism and well-​established, local reputation. On the downside, on follow-​up appointments lately, instead of seeing him, his PA Troy Bender pops in, promoting the benefits of surgery over pain management treatment. He wouldn’t guarantee a full recovery, but then, later in our discussion, stated surgery would give me a «95% reduction in pain!» Get a second opinion, before any surgery!
