Love Kevin’s work! I have had so many compliments since he cut my hair. I am new to the area, and have found my whole family’s salon. The scalp massage pre-​cut was worth the price of the cut.

I went in to purchase Aveda products. I picked up two which showed a sticker price if $ 22.50. When I got in my car I realized I did not get a receipt. I called the store and was told they only give receipts upon request. This is not acceptable from a retail business in my opinion. Then I asked how much I was charged and was told $ 24.00.
I explained it was not right to show one price and charge another. They should honor what the price is on the shelf. The response was that they had not received their updated stickers.
I then called Aveda who that by now they should have them.
It’s not the slight difference in price. It’s the attitude and lack of resolution for me as a customer.
I will order online next time!

Kevin Watts at K Watts Salon was my stylist. When I was finished I looked hideous. My hair was uneven and the color was orange. He then communicated to me that I hurt his feelings when I did not like my cut or color. While trying to settle the disagreement I was told by the Aveda Company and that Kevin Watts had slept on it and decided that he had given me what I asked for in cut and color. I contacted the Aveda Company. The customer service represenative admitted that the company was aware that Kevin Watts had massaged bleach into the top of my hair and that the company was unable to provide any consolation to my issue.
