Their diagnoses and quotes are dishonest and overpriced. Luckily, I know my car and I know I was being given the runaround so I declined the repair and left.
This seems to be the pattern, as another customer ahead of me before I received my quote for all of the «repairs» I needed left in anger and stated on his phone call that «this place always seems to find something massively wrong with my car.» I should have left when I heard this before my time was wasted any further. I was told I needed an urgent repair or I could be left stranded due to an inoperable vehicle. Upon seeking a second opinion, it was clarified that this was not the case at all, and that half of the «necessary repairs» I was quoted for were not at all necessary — saving me literally hundreds of dollars.
Save yourself the time/​money and go elsewhere. There are plenty of other reliable places available in the area run by honest individuals.
