This location is the worst unless you like random food. They couldn’t get your order right if their job depending depended on it. Not nitpicking, you order one thing and you get the complete opposite. Tonight I ordered a Nacho bell grande with a side of Nacho cheese. Got 3 tacos and a half a side of Nacho cheese. Not to mention the half large root beer they gave me and acted like I kicked them in the face when I asked if they could fill it. How hard is it guys? I’ve been there, I know the job sucks but you still get paid to do it. Suck it up

Hey guys! Here’s a tip. When a customer orders a food item that REQUIRES a spoon or fork to eat, totally leave it out of the bag. Customers love it when you do that. Especially if they’re starving AND rushed and they don’t have the time to double check your ass to make sure you did your job correctly. Shit like that TOTALLY justifies fast food workers’ quest for wages the same as that of skilled workers. They also love it when you make a wrap or a burrito and all the stuff is on one side of the food item. :end sarcasm: That’s happened twice at this location; once in the morning and once again at night; two different shifts. Two separate wraps, too. ALL of the stuffing was on ONEHALF of the wrap and the entire other side of the wrap was nothing but crunchy tortilla. Good stuff! I also wasted money on a grilled steak stuffed burrito that had exactly 8 pieces of meat in it. I counted. I HAD to because the first 4 bites of that thing had no meat at all. The employees working at this location just do NOTGAF. Save your time and money and either go to another Taco Hell or Felipe’s down the road or make the stuff yourself at home. You’ll be glad you did. Lesson learned. Don’t go to this Taco Hell.

This Taco Bell is fairly new. They keep it pretty clean. My family and I decided to go here on cinco de mayo because all the other Mexican restaurants were to pack. Unfortunately the day has caused this location to be busy as well. The place was fairly clean and smelt like a gym locker, they need to change their mop heads or change the mop water. I’ve been to the location on Gause(just 2 exits north) and that location has messed up my order 3 out of 3 times. Even thou it’s closer to home, I choose to go to this location because they’ve gotten my order correct 4 out of 5 times. I hope they hire or train the evening supervisor. I walked into the end of a conversation between the party of 3 and the cashier. She was explaining to them that there was a 15 — 20 minute wait, the party decided to go elsewhere. When I approached the counter she gave me the same speel, there’s going to be a 15 to 20 minute wait. I looked at here thinking it’s that suppose to be bad. I replied the wait would be fine. I’m not sure why she was telling customers this, the wait wasn’t that long. They lost a lot of money, I’ve seen at least 3 occasions that the people left. The lobby was dead there were only 1 other family sitting down which had there food, about 2 – 3 people standing waiting for their order and the drive thru was about 2– 3 behind the ordering speaker. Not exactly busy, I’ve seen worse. Not sure where the wait was coming from. The shift lead also needs to employ their staff better. 2 out of the 4 trash receptacles were packed with trash, the drink station could have used a quick wipe down. The food was made right but was packaged the wrong way. I hope this was just a fluke, my previous visits have all been great.

This is a pretty new location. The food quality was good! Seemed as fresh as it could be at a fast food location. Drive through was quick and easy. It’s kind of tucked back behind a wooded area off the interstate. Might be harder to find. But it’s back there.
