I’ve been shopping with TC for the past for years. They carry a wide variety of supplements, vitamins and herbs. I like how they have more exclusive brands that tend to be higher quality then you’ll find at Walmart or online. Knowledgeable staff help you with questions instead of being pushy sales people. They have given me samples of products before i try it and always give out coupons. Great local place.

I hired a personal trainer to add some variety to my workouts and some muscles to my body. He’s huge and scary and he is going to kick my ass four times a week. Yay!
He told me to go here and get some protein to help with the muscle building process. This store has lots of protien powders, drinks, vitamins and supplements. The guy working here was a sweetheart and helped me chose some protein powder that is really yummy.
Prices are a little on the steep side, but there is a check-in offer for 20% off any item in the store.
