Tanya the supervisor is mean. She yells so loud she’s makes the dining experience tough. I bet they can hear her in New Orleans. Angi took care of us. Fast on food order. Place is busy. Food good, consistent, and prices very reasonable.

This was the first time I had ever been to a Waffle House and I will always remember this one. The food was solid with customizable hashbrowns. How do you want them? Diced, peppered and topped! And our server Jonathan was phenomenal. He was friendly, attentive and just full of life. Jonathan made sure we were taken care of, gave us lots of laughs and set a standard for this restaurant chain. Keep it up Waffle House!

Let me say, if you are going to Slidell anytime soon make sure you stop here. The most amazing Waffle House I have ever been to for sure! The workers had such a great attitude and they made you want to come back for more. I will be sure to make a trip to that Waffle House again just to see those wonderful people!

Best Waffle House I’ve been to by far. Best service and of course great food. Our server, Johnathan, was a great host and very friendly. Always checking to see if we needed anything extra and just a great guy overall. I’d also like to thank their Assistant Manager, Joe, for restoring our faith in Waffle House. We actually weren’t going to go there at first thanks to poor past experiences. Definitley will come by again the next time we pass through.

It’s fast food in a diner type setting. Had to ask the waitress for three different cups because of things floating around in the water.
The food is decently priced and they have a lot of options. Open 24 hours it’s the only thing open when you’re either drunk and need to sober up quickly or getting off work and don’t have anything left in the house to cook.
Private parking lot. Fast service on the food. Workers are always pretty entertaining and nice. I don’t eat here often or even more than a few times a year. It’s late night eating when you have no other options.

Not bad service, but I found hair in my eggs. Don’t get me wrong, they replaced my breakfast with the wheat toast I asked for instead of the white toast that came out first, but they didn’t give a discount. I don’t expect a free meal, but I would have liked a buck or two off. Glad I’m only passing through and not ever coming back.

I do dig Waffle House, and living in the north makes me like it even more, bc we don’t have any. This one was right on par. waitress was great, food was solid, and exactly what I was looking for. Sausage gravy and biscuits made the meal.
They did have one very angry looking waitress who seemed to be yelling at everyone else (cooks, other staff) so much that my waitress apologized for it. Fortunately she wasn’t serving me, which I was grateful for.
