If I could get an appointment I may be able to rate their services.
I called for one day and they were booked, so went online to make an appointment for another day, I made a request. I received an email that someone would contact me.
I called the next day when I did not hear. And found out they were booked.
I was rudely advised that what I made was not an appointment but a request for an appointment.
They are about 5 minutes from house and some place I would have loved to frequent but if they cannot manage to properly book an appointment or communIcate when they can’t, I will find somewhere else

I’ve been getting massages here since they opened. I believe they’ve gotten comfortable with themselves over time, and that translates into a better experience for the customer. The therapists all have their own styles & methods, and except for one, who had a more brusque approach, have been good to excellent. Convenient location and hours. Salon is clean and modern. Coupons/​discount for first time customers.

Good when they first opened, but the management is incompetent and not very polite. Too pushy. Therapists are overworked for too little pay. Go to an independent place if you value your LMT, because these people all deserve better than ehat their management is giving them. Cheap for a reason.

Very dissatisfied customer I have been with Massage Envy for several years and I traveled throughout the U.S. using many of the Massage Envies. The manger at this Massage Envy is very unprofessional I would not recommend this place to anyone. Because of the way I was treated I will be cancelling my membership from Massage Envy do not use this location.

I have a great time every time I get my monthly massage here. They have a very relaxing atmosphere and always offer a beverage. Kudos to Janet and Robbie who are two of my favorites!

Went to this Massage Envy at this location for the first time today. Firstly, was able to get in an hour after I called, and secondly, had a great massage from Matthew. I have some chronic tightness sin my neck and shoulders and he used some techniques I’d never experienced before which were really effective. I’ll definitely be back.
