Dairy Queen

We went through the drive-​thru for one ice cream and two drinks. I was able to order the ice cream through the speaker, and then nobody came back for 2 – 4 minutes to say they got the rest of my order. I asked if I can get the amount… nothing. Went to the window and they only heard my ice cream. I had to order the two drinks at the window and gave them the ice cream order again. I gave it 3 times, because I didn’t want it on a cone. They gave me a cone, after I told them numerous times I didn’t want it in a cone. The girl at the window was giving me attitude the entire time… didn’t seem like she cared that she kept screwing up my order. So I said I wanted it in a cup not a cone, she just put the ice cream in a cup while still with the cone. I have to say this was extremely unprofessional and uncaring. Also didn’t give me my receipt after I asked for it.
Never want to go there again.

The strawberry shortcake blizzard is pretty good but the banana crème pie is horrible

Of all the restaurants I’ve reviewed this is by far the worst. It must be the worst DQ on the planet. Where to start? Well first the are no indoor restroom. You have to use a porta potty outside.
Next don’t order any hot food — its precooked and microwaved. You can tell because the buns, pickles, tomatoes, lettuce, and condiments are blazing hot. When I opened the wrapper the steam shoots out and fogs my glasses. Its pretty gross
Now let’s move on to customer service. I waited at the drive thru speaker fo 15 minutes. Gave up and drove to the window to see if anyone was there. They were. And talk about stupid. How hard is it to figure out that I am not going to consume two Sundays, and three pup cups right there when im the only one in the car. For heaven sakes put lids on those things. They were already melting and soupy. Where did they think I was going to put all that stuff without lids, bags, or carriers? I could understand maybe thinking I might eat two sundays right then and there but ice cream with dog treats sticking out come on
And finally let’s talk about the ice cream its self. I know what you’re thinking. How can DQ ice cream be bad? Well it was melty when I got it and by the time I got through tthe 10 minute drive home it was totally melted. I had to lug thiis unpackage dripping slimy mess into my house and my car was a sticky mess
Oh and I thought of one more thing. The cherry on the Sunday so to speak. I saw an Asian family pull in and ask to use the restroom. When they walked out to the Porta Potty I had to listen to the cashier and some redneck customer make stupid racist comments
