I have been with Brown’s for over 3 years! My entire family and all my friends go here as well. I always get treated with respect and NEVER taken advantage of. They not only do an amazing job and give outstanding suggestions on upkeep on your vehicle. I never feel rushed or confused about the importance of work needed to be done on any of my vehicles because they take the time to explain why and what needs to be done. They have even been honest and told me that I DIDN’T need work done to my vehicles when OTHERS assured me I did (in the beginning you get a few estimates from a few places) I will never go anywhere else.
This family run business will even help you get a soon to be driver in a car you can afford… Love being able to buy a car from someone I can trust!
They even called to see how I felt after my most recent car accident… Who does that!!! Brown’s Automotive that’s who!

I have been using Browns for just over a year for all my car servicing. They have done a great job so far and I have no complaints. The prices are reasonable. What I really appreciate is the service. When I call, I can get real person who can tell me the status of my vehicle.

Was able to get both of my vehicles state inspections the same day when most other places over the bridge wanted me to drop off my cars. They were so nice, they even put my Virginia plates on my car! Friendly and fast service, small town atmosphere. Would recommend for state inspection service. Oil change looked pricey. Great group of folks overall!
