Cold Stone Creamery

Wife and I were out without the kids so decided that after our dinner we would stop here for a sweet treat. Service was fairly slow even though the place was not extremely busy. Two younger employees were the only ones working behind the counter and seemed slightly inexperienced. Can’t hold that against them, everyone has to learn customer service at some point and these two just needed a little more training, or so it seemed. Overall the ice cream was just ok. My wife got a warm chocolate cake sundae and while it was good, she did say that it was lacking on the basic toppings. If I was in the area and couldn’t live without some ice cream I would probably stop by, but surely would not go out of my way to visit.

Service was a little slow, only had one worker who was on the counter doing all the ice cream and mix-​ins. Finally someone from the back not dressed in uniform came out to giver her some help. Ice cream here is always good and family friendly. The lobby and eating area could have used a cleaning. Overall it worked for the family.

Absolutely amazing. My first time eating here and its great. They use real fruits and such as they make your order in front of you.
