I was in the area on business and there wasn’t much else around so I decided to try this place out. I sat at a booth and had my iPad, notebook, and a workbook open because I needed to get work done while I was there. I purposely don’t like to sit too close to people so I chose a booth on the side. After the waitress put in my app of cheese sticks, she then came over to me and informed me that her boss wanted me to move to a single-top high stool if they were to get busy. She pointed to the high stools directly next to the cash register where all the workers were crowded and talking. Initially, I thought she was joking. Apparently, me occupying a booth was an issue for them. I almost spit my drink out when she said it. There were only about 3 other people eating in the whole restaurant. I gave her a look and she could tell I was shocked she even asked me that. I am a paying customer and was not bothering anyone. They brought my cheese sticks out which were actually very good. I would have liked to have ordered a slice of pizza or gotten a refill on my drink but not one server came back around to me. They were too busy waiting on the 3 other patrons and one more family that came in. I waited for about an hour. I received not one more bit of service. DON’T waste your money here. They clearly know nothing about customer service, and this is coming from someone who worked in food service for years. Put your hard-earned money elsewhere.

Évaluation du lieu : 3 Pittsburgh, PA
Well, hopefully the third restaurant will be the charm for this small strip mall outside of Smithfield, PA. The pizza, strombolis and calzones are good. Have yet to try the salads, hoagies and wraps. The service could use some improvement, which will in time. This reincarnation is sit and be served instead of order and sit. This habit is hard to get rid of.
