Rubber Ducky Laundromat

I dropped my laundry off with this establishment, and they lost my laundry. The staff then had the audacity to charge me for what was left of my laundry and offer me a 20% off coupon for my next visit. This is the worst example of business management that I have ever come across, and I would not recommend this business to anyone. If there was an option to choose less than one star on this review I would gladly have utilized it.

Been coming here for a few years and have never had an issue. The place is always clean and machines wash very well. I would recommend to always use the heavy duty washers for heavy articles as the smaller white ones tend to not wash and wring properly with heavier loads.
The staff is always friendly and accommodating. And it’s nice that it’s located next to a coffee shop as well as Depetrillo’s (a block over). Plenty of seating along with a big screen tv with surround system so no matter where you are in the place, you will still hear the tv.
If coming on the weekend, expect to wait a bit for machines as it tends to get a bit crowded during those peak hours. The place is coin-​op so be prepared to get some dirty fingers but there is a bathroom to get squeaky clean again!
