This review is mixed due to two separate experiences.
The first was fantastic. 5 stars in the Physical Therapy dept.
The second, 1 to 2 stars at best. We’d been told (after the 2 ½ hour wait) that they were swamped. The doctor met with us for a grand total of just under 4 minutes. Was it because we’re Medicaid patients? He’d spent copious amounts of time with other patients but seemed rushed and impatient with us. He wasn’t rude, just hurried.
Also, a nurse (possibly a CNA or other non-​descript assistant) insisted on telling my wife and I (both with over 30 years in the medical field, her a CNA and I an EMT) that there’s no such thing as an Open MRI. Looking down her nose at us like we’re bumpkins who only have B&W television.
On a visit following an MRI, we were pleasantly received with a short wait and detailed meeting with the doctor. Nothing like our previous experience. Much improved.
