This is the best vape shop I’ve been to. They have a great selection and the workers are great! They are very helpful and their prices are just as good. I recommend it to everyone

The place had a good selection. But All that goes out the window when you meet that older Turkish dude in there, he’s an A** HOLE. Always has an attitude, never greats the customer, this guy just has a TERRIBLE business sense. IMO go to one of the other 2000 vape shops on LI before this place, odds are they have the same sh*t anyways!

There’s no doubt this store has a huge selection, and up until this point, the staff has been friendly and helpful. However, this past week I was sold a new setup for about $ 80. I went back to the store twice (mind you, I live 30 mins from the location) — they made me buy a new charger, which fixed the issue for about a day (my vape won’t charge). I tried to return/​exchange it WITHIN A WEEK. No dice. They made me call up the vape company, and offered no solution or refund. Nothing. I will not be returning to this store ever again.

My wife and I bought 2 nautilus minis, along with a few packs of coils and oils. Walked out about $ 200 light, which I’m fine with assuming I don’t get scumbagged, which I did. 3 weeks later, both our machines were clogged up and tasted completely burnt. After troubleshooting, and trying multiple diff coils, oils, etc., we went back to cloud for advice. THE OWNER KNOWS NOTHING ABOUT VAPES. He is just a businessman with a s**t personality. He basically said there was nothing wrong with our vapes. So I went to Xhale in Ronkonkoma, the guy actually listened to my problem, he took one look at my equipment and immediately diagnosed the issue. It was the year and a half old (non BVC) coils that were replaced by the newer generation coils that Cloud sold us. Xhale gave us the new generation BVC coils, and it completely fixed the problem. He added that «whoever» sold us those outdated bulls**t coils either has no idea what he’s selling ppl or is just offloading old Crap on ppl bc he doesn’t care. Thanks Cloud for the $ 50 worth of crap coils we paid for, thanks for talking to me like im the d**k and thanks for wasting our time. We will never go back to Cloud and hope more ppl stay away from this place.

Cloud is awesome, truly one of the better vape shops in Suffolk. The staff is very friendly, and it’s a great place to shop. nobody is ever pushing you to buy something. they always have a bunch of samples of juices they are looking to stock, and will take your feedback into consideration when ordering. Their juice selection is fairly large, and I can’t really complain about the prices either.

Ive shopped here twice so far, purchased a few devices, all authentic at a good price. They have one of the largest juice selections Ive seen to date, and sample bottles of almost everything right out on the counter so you can try before you buy. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, you won’t be disappointed. I own over a dozen authentic mods and about the same in RDAs and this is the spot where I will do my shopping in the future. The transaction would have been 10 out of 10 if he threw in a real bottle of juice with each device purchase. Definitely check these guys out!

Very helpful and friendly staff. They have a wide selection of juice. Very clean place. Definitely will be coming back for juices they also seemed to have a variety of smoking and vaping necessities.

I just went here and grabbed myself some e-​juice and some 26g Kanthal, as well as to check out the shop and see what was up. Upon entering the shopping center I was immediately surprised to see it next to my favorite bakery in town and one of my favorite Greek restaurants as well as with a big sign that makes it easy to spot. I went in and was happy to see a wall of different juices, and a display case full of mods and tanks then a back room full of glass water pipes, spoons and portable vaporizers. Not the best quality glass just yet, but it’s a new store so I understand the struggle. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful and let me try every flavor I wanted to, while trying to help steer me towards some real delicious treats. I ended up leaving with a new drip tip, the 26 g kanthal wire, and some delicious Ripe Vapes: Coconut Thai e-​juice (which I highly recommend if you want to vape a sweet but not too sweet and all around full bodied delicious max VG juice). Samet was extrememly helpful and open to suggestions. We talked about turning it into more a lounge at some point, maybe some card games with fellow local vapers or something… He did say sure but he listened to what I had to say, I thought that was cool. All in all though it really seems like a great shop and I’m glad to have em Smithtown. I’m excited to have this new vape spot in town to help on my journey to quitting cigarettes! Thanks guys!

Their vape n flavor selection was awesome. A whole lot of different tastes. Samet, the guy who showed me around the store, knew what he was talking about and helped me choose a good flavor for my taste. Not too sweet and heavy on the cloud. Their glass selection was not the most impressive part of the store, aside from the decent selection of cheaper bowls and a few prize bongs. But he said they have some more stuff coming in within the next couple of weeks. Excited to go back.
