Commack Pediatric Partners

I went back and forth several times, debating whether or not to write this review, but seeing two other negative reviews just confirms that my experience was not singular. I understand that all doctors are different, but I often got opposing views from both doctors regarding feeding and child care, which can be very confusing. One doctor is very laid back, the other is an alarmist who made me feel that my child was developmentally delayed because she wasn’t interested in table foods at 9 months. Their office staff was nice and polite but I was often kept on hold for way too long and eventually hung up on. It sometimes took over 24 hours for a doctor to call me back after a message was left. The last straw was this past March. I had an 8:30am appointment that was scheduled by one of the doctors — I did not request that time. The receptionist did not arrive to open the office until 8:45am and had me fill out paperwork. At 9:10am I asked her where the doctor was and it wasn’t until that time that she informed me that the doctor was sick and would not be coming in at all. I was livid. I requested that she mail me my childrens’ records and she took down my information and address. A month passed and I still did not receive a bill or my children’s medical records. I am so done with that office and I would never recommend them to anyone.
