They damaged my shed while removing tree. Never came back to repair and stopped returning calls. I filed a complaint with Better Business Bureau and after 2 years they responded to the complaint with a fictional story about how a tree limb was on my shed before they began the work and that I refused to come out to look at it. I was at work while they removed the tree. My wife was home and no one offered to show her anything. Do not use this company. They are unprofessional and unreliable!

Should be called UNreliable tree service! Told me they were coming on Tuesday to grind a stump and take down a tree. Took off from work and they never show or call so I call them and they tell me they are coming on Wednesday. They don’t show and no phone call. I call them and they say they are coming on Thursday. They don’t show and no phone call. I call and they say they are coming on Friday first thing in the morning. Husband takes off from work. They call in the morning and said they couldn’t make it. I told them either they come that day or don’t bother coming. Never showed and no phone call. I guess business is so great they can afford to treat their customers like crap.

It’s a rare occasion I come across a contractor who does what they are supposed to, in a safe, clean, professional manner. The crew were all that.
The lead man was courteous and had an eye on the rest of the crew and the rest of the crew did not need to be watched. All men worked very hard, fast and safe. No one needed to be told to do something. The trees were taken down, taken away and the driveway cleaned in a few hours.
