Disorganized. Repairman could not make his AC gauges work as he was trying to assess what was wrong with the AC. He ended up putting in 3 lbs of Freon at $ 70 per lb. as a guess. He never determined what caused the Freon to escape. Service call extra and worked by the hour. It was North of $ 500 all in…
7 months later no Freon… and the AC running non stop. I called to have them to redo their work only to find out that even though they said there work was warrantied they now say there is NO WARRANTY!
Additionally you should know that they charged my charge card TWICE!
I caught it on my charge card statement, and called to inquire why the double charge?
The answer was sorry about that!!!
I WAS BILLED TWICE… HAD I NOT CAUGHT THIS IT WOULD HAVE BEEN A THOUSAND DOLLARS + FOR THIS REPAIR THAT WAS A FAILURE!
AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS FIRM AT ALL COSTS
