Consistent, good pizza and good atmosphere. The biggest problem is their parking lot which is always so full. Even when they are busy they provide fast service. Lots ofenu options if you don’t want pizza, but plenty of topping options of you do.

I use to have lunch here regularly. It was always great, real NY pizza, great sauce, and everything was always fresh and hot!

It’s probably a good thing that I live just outside of Bella’s delivery area, I L-O-V-E their spinach & artichoke pizza! It’s easily my favorite item on their menu(I’m salivating thinking about the alfredo sauce on it!), though I love the garlic knots(half order is enough for my husband and I) and the meatball appetizers as well. I’ve tried a few of their risottos as well, my favorite being the chicken-mushroom-spinach one. Not too dry or too wet, juuuuust right. Atmosphere is… well, it’s part regular pizza joint and part dive bar, and I’m not joking here– there are two distinct sections of restaurant. But you’re not here for the atmosphere, or at least I hope you aren’t. The pizza is solid, the beer selection is ok(and sometimes out of stock), and the wait staff is always delightful. The biggest drawback is parking. I have been defeated a few times in trying to acquire pizza by not being able to find parking. Arrive early before it fills up.

So much(great) food! Ask for a to-go box with your order. Live band, laid-back, very casual.

Bella’s is a favorite in our household! Definitely the best delivery in the Smyrna area. The cheese pizza is doughy and delicious. Perfect if you want good local pizza!

I recently decided to use a coupon from the mail and see if Bella’s was the reason this little retail strip is always so packed. I was a little worried when I noticed only 3.5 stars on Unilocal(too high honestly). We got two 12inch pizzas. The young man that rang me up when I came to pick up was very polite and courteous which is a plus compared to other pizza joints like DaVincis. The pizza was just very low quality. If I’m going to eat unhealthy it should at least taste good. In my opinion there are other better options in Smyrna. They may cost more but will at least satisfy your pizza craving. We ate only ¼ of each pizza and threw the rest away. Makes me think my wife and I should start a pizza restaurant. PS. She made a homeade pizza 2 nights later that was in my opinion 10x better!

They run out of slices early all the time. I’m not sure how hard it is to keep slices of pizza available close to the time they close, but it seems like a challenge.

This is the perfect place for a pizza fix! My husband and I eat here frequently and can’t get enough! We usually order mushroom, banana pepper, and sausage with a side of the garlic knots… totally delicious!

Once was great pizza, now HORRIBLE! We always loved getting pizza from Bella’s, picking up a pie about once a week. I left a review on 9⁄21 and gave them five stars. Now I am giving them one star. There is no care taken in the preparation of their pizzas now. The last three pizza’s from Bella’s were a complete mess with toppings and the cheese just thrown on some parts and not others. No care was taken to properly spread out the cheese and toppings. On top of that the wait time was at least 20 minutes past the time promised. This is eerily similar to what Wanda R. wrote about in her review on 12⁄14. Seems to be consistently bad now. Either the management has changed or they just don’t care anymore. I emailed Bruce about the poor experience and he did not even take the time to email back. Very disappointing to see what was once what I considered to be the best pizza in town become so bad. We’d rather buy from Papa John’s compared to the disgraceful pizza from Bella’s three times in a row now. We’re done for good.

Got a slice of Cheese Pizza to go a couple of weeks ago — very tasty, hot, and fresh. Second time here — ordered a small Three Cheese Pizza. It’s not much bigger than a slice at twice the price.

Seriously? Ordered delivery. It was delivered 30 min after promised. And the pizza was crushed up against the side of the box. Oh yeah, it was way cold too. Owner issued a full refund for this delivery after I emailed him and followed up with a very nice email. I really appreciate when a business can admit the made a mistake and do what they can to correct it.

This isn’t NY pizza at all. Hardly a distinction between the crust and the non crust part of the pizza. NY pizza is very thin, this pizza isn’t. Not sure what ingredients they use, but as a former NY pizza shop owner, I know it’s not premium products. The staff was friendly, that’s about it.

NOMORESLICEPIZZA? Seriously? The customer service was not the greatest. Fair. The lady seemed frustrated because we were a group of 12. To top it off the«Pizzeria» ran out of slices because the owner didn’t want them to make more? Never heard of that from a Pizzeria. Anyways! The Pizza is alright.

I was a little disappointed with the place. May be, its because I found it a little expensive for the most part. I think $ 26+ after taxes for a «large 18″ pizza with chicken and garlic it’s a little expensive for the quantity». Plus I hope they are not paying this guy on stage for singing. After all of that I see this stupid«BurgerKing sign at the bar» and that did it for me. May be its just me. I came in with hire expectations of this place and I am leaving disappointed.

I ordered a slice of pepperoni pizza and my friend ordered a slice of pizza with meatballs, mushrooms and onions. The pizza slice was larger than I expected and it was good. We each ordered a dozen of lemon pepper wings.($ 8.99) The wing flavor selection here is limited. Besides lemon pepper, the other sauce choices are Buffalo or BBQ. The wings could have been better. They were good, but could have used more seasoning. The wings were fried and then meagrely sprinkled with lemon pepper seasoning. My friend was about to send hers back, but our server brought some additional seasoning. The service offered by our server was good. As other reviewers have mentioned, this is a casual establishment. A full bar is available and there is a stage for live performances.

I gave this restaurant one star based off a long list of things. First I will list those things, then go into more detail on why this place sucks. –Too many annoying kids –The owner fakes like he cares about you and is always stoned –The bathrooms are almost never clean –Service is horrible(especially at the bar) –The portions are too large –The food is too expensive –The live music is horrible(besides a few acts) –The drinks are too expenive I have visited this place many times(because I live close) and every time it’s equally as horrible as the last. The slices are prepared at the beginning of the day, then stacked up to serve throughout the day. When dinner comes around, those slices that everyone raves about get thrown into the oven and warmed up. Mmm so fresh! There are much better pizza places, save you money and time and avoid this establishment. EDIT I have 3 points on my current driving record, and I work hard. Everything I wrote on this review is a fact, and I stand by what I say. I have no personal grudge against the owner nor the restaurant, the food is just not good.

We have tried this place out a few times and it has been sort of an up and down experience. There is nothing truly Vegan on their menu that includes their marinara as the marinara has cheese in it. Dairy allergy and Vegans beware. The rest of the food was acceptable and even kinda good.

I’ve had several just okay pizzas from here but my last experience makes me hesitant to go back. Part of the pizza crust was Raw — as in wet and gooey ! I was surprised to read that a few other reviewers have had the same problem. I would have thought management would never let that mistake happen again! So many other Pizza places out there, it’s just not worth taking another chance.

The food was good. They were out of mushrooms and they said they came from a can. So I guess we dodged a bullet there. The cheesy garlic bread was good and the portion size was good. The service was terrible. The waitress was carrying on about her personal life with another table. I just wanted more coke. I shouldn’t have to ask! The dining room wasn’t well lit. Like another reviewer said it’s like a bar with a pizza joint attached. I felt prices were high for both drinks and food. The food wasn’t bad but the experience was.
