The store is dim, cluttered, and arranged poorly. However the customer service is great! you are greeted as soon as you come into the store, the cashiers are friendly and engaging. This could be a 5 Star store if it was more asthetically pleasing. The outside looks sketchy and uninviting the inside looks like jumbled up. My ocd was about to start kicking in because shit was just everywhere, it was a sensory overload! I really wanted to start facing and organizing the shelves lol if you never worked retail you have no idea of what I’m talking about. Would I come back? Yes, they have the best price on Christmas decorations and the customer service is good. I’m not one for investing in a bunch of Christmas clutter at a high price, if you really don’t celebrate christmas every year this is a good place to get a $ 30 artificial tree and spend about $ 40 – 50 in decorations depending on your tastes. If you tastes are simple you could easily get a tree and decorations for $ 40-$ 60.

Wow. Y’all! I had no idea of the wonderfulness that is Big Lots. My friend took me here today and it was like seeing Jesus or IKEA for the first time! They absolutely have EVERYTHING. From small bags of chips to flip flops to soup and canned goods to DVDs. .. to. .. yeah, everything. And on the cheap! Join the Big Lots bonus program and get the extra discount. And the weekly circular that advertises specials. Seriously, just do it!
