Great place to run if you’re a beginner or starting up your 5k training again. Some people don’t like to run in a circle, but for now I prefer it since I am working on my posture and breathing. The only downsides to this track are that its concrete and sometimes you will have to share with a class that’s out walking. The one time I did this the kids cat called and chased after me every now and then. They eventually went back inside, but now I’m more mindful of the times I stop by for my run.
