Chem-Dry of Murfreesboro

I am very unhappy with the service I recently received. Chem-​Dry came to my home on Saturday, November 30^th. I used a mailer coupon that was to clean three rooms for $ 98. I added my staircase and an additional room, which made the total $ 200. I was willing to pay that price because not only was it such a great deal, but I was used to the exemplary care and service they’ve provided in the past. This recent visit was far below par. The service provider wasn’t friendly and his work was AWFUL! He left a gross amount of pet hair and over-​spray splattered all over my furniture and walls! The carpets were clean, but why would I pay for someone to then dirty everything else? I had to go back and vacuum up remnants of dog hair and wipe down all of the furniture and walls. Not happy. I will not be a customer of Chem-​Dry again unless they can guarantee that I will receive better service in the future.
