Marcy did a fantastic job on our 18-​year-​old Bichon, Wesley. He’s blind, deaf, can’t smell, and can be pretty grumpy, but he took right to her – I can only hope he was just as good in the wash trailer. We were in a bind and needed someone on short notice, and Susan, the owner, made it work. Both women were both a pleasure to deal with. We will definitely be using Cloud 9 again.

Whitney took care of my lab and Pekingese. This is second visit and she has done excellent job. The Pekingese is 13 years old and grumpy. She does great with him Would recommend Whitney for any type of dog grooming.

I absolutely LOVE the convenience of having a groomer come to me instead of dragging all my dogs to a groomer. The price of grooming is very competitive to other groomers in the area, if not a bit better. So, how can you beat that!?!
I pay $ 60 for my 65lb dog, and $ 40 for my smaller dogs. This includes a bath, ear cleaning, nail grind, and anal gland expression if needed. All of my dogs are short-​haired, so nothing too fancy.
My only drawbacks are: no teeth cleaning; the price is the same regardless if the dog is 5 lbs or 40 lbs; and the feeling of judgement for not taking better care of my dogs (but that could just be me).

We had another appointment with Susan (Cloud 9 Grooming) this week. WOW, she’s great!
She’s punctual, quick and did a great job grooming both toy poodles. She arrived exactly at 9:00 and was gone by 10:30. Both dogs are clean, smell nice, perfectly groomed and I didn’t have to get out of my pajamas. LOVE her service!
