Concord Chase Apartments

These are the condition I am living with mold my respiratory and dog I am being affected but since I don’t have a job to move I must stay put. I contact the health department they won’t get involved, contacted legal aid they won’t get involved. These apartments are CONCORD CHASE APARTMENTS ON HURT ROAD SMYRNA. I ADVISE ANYONE AND EVERYONE TO STAY AWAY. THERE. ARE MORE THAN 20 apartments with mold and the Stupid Manager name Maggie want to hire a piece of shit to remove a piece of the wall instead of resolving the issue from the beginning to the end. These apartments on Hurt Rd are death traps and management don’t give a shit. There are pictures on face book of the mold so all can see it.
File complaint with BBB here is the case number 2 792 283 on June 16, 2015. Talk to the tenants before moving in there. They will tell you we had have a rapist lived among us, the cops are offen on the premises. Gun shot released in the air, drug sold on the premises. Trash on the ground and not getting picked up until two or three days later. Trespasser on the premises dumping there trash then we don’t have room to throw the tenants trash away so it ends up on the ground.

Well well. What can I say about this place? Let me count the ways. Ever since the previous Property Manager Ms. Yesenia «Resigned» (they would have you believe that she quit) this property has gone down drastically! She tried her best to help her tenants the best she could, but of course since management would another way and are concerned about getting money, her hands were tied. This entire property is mold infested, all they do is paint over it and it grows right back. Black mold is dangerous folks… Ask any physician! Please don’t let the video that is posted (doesn’t belong to the leasing office they didn’t take it) fool you. The 3.5 Million dollars of renovations they claim on their page didn’t do enough. They just fined by the city of Smyrna for another property (not too far from this one) that currently they manage for code violations. So this place is as much as bad shape as the other. Unattended sewage issues for more thsn 5 months, black mold, plumbing issues, water leaks, fire extinguisher missing more than a month now, upkeep of property is poor, maintence can’t fix JACK without it going bad again, it’s summertime and the freaking pool is still closed smdh, leasing office close when it should be open, now since cose inspection has been there they have no started to look lively. Can’t wait to move because I have had ENOUGH of this. They should purchase a SHAME box with their supposed 3.5 Million. Don’t let them insult your intelligence!!!
