DONOTGOHERE! terrible customer service. I scheduled an appointment last week for eyelash extensions, the morning of my appointment I got a text from her saying she was running behind and needed to move my appointment 30 minutes later. I agreed. I went to the building arrived 5 minutes before my appointment unsure if I was at the right place or not because it looked sketchy and smelled terrible. I called the business no one answered, I text her a few times and no reply. I knocked on the door, no one Answered. An HOUR after my appointment she text me and said she was sorry for the inconvenience. I’m at hairstylist and many of my clients knew I was going to get them and also planned to book an appointment. She missed out on lots of business because she’s so unprofessional.

I wasn’t very happy with this company. I bought a groupon and the link to the website takes you to a teaching website that is not for appointments. I called numerous times, e-mailed and sent a text message to try to schedule before my groupon expired. When I finally spoke to the owner she said«Oh, you can book online». I told her I was trying to book before my groupon expired. Thinking that maybe I missed a small section on the website, I went back and again… wrong website. Well, I finally had to google the company to find the right website to book an appointment. Well… of course there were no appointments before my groupon expired. I explained this in my request for an appointment hoping this company would honor my groupon since it was their fault that I couldn’t get an appointment scheduled. Well, that didn’t happen even after her appointment booking service sent me 3 e-mails to the wrong location in Lithia Springs when I needed to be in Smyrna and my appointment was at 1pm but I received a text at 12:30 pm that she was running late and wouldn’t be there until 1:20pm. I drove 30 minutes to finally get serviced in a non-air-conditioned building. No accommodation, no real customer service and I was generally just disappointed. The only good part was the technician that applied the lashes. She was nice! Most successful small businesses are all about customer service. I spoke to the owner and she was a disappointment and short-sided in her thinking. I’m a professional woman with tons of friends and sorority sisters that can easily afford her full-priced service and I can’t recommend her business at all. I don’t usually write reviews but I really hopes she reads this review and realizes that she should have mitigated all the inconveniences. She missed an opportunity for a great customer with lots of referrals to get an extra $ 30. Of course, there will more opportunities but I hope she steps her customer service game up.
