Great experience with Duraclean. They were very helpful throughout the process. They were able to find an appointment that worked with my schedule, were on time, it only took a few hours, and the carpets dried pretty quickly. The carpets look great! I’m very happy with their service and would use them again.

Needed my carpets cleaned right before Christmas and found Duraclean here on Unilocal.Had great reviews and needed someone who could do it at a moments notice. I called and they were able to fit me in that same day. Had them do all of my carpets (4 bedrooms, a hallway and a set of stairs). We have animals in the house along with two young kids and my carpets get really dirty. John and his crew arrived on time and started the job. We had just put in new hardwoods on our first floor and they took great care to keep water and dirt off our brand new floors as well as carefully moving our furniture. We have had several other cleaners clean our carpets in the past few years and I will say its been a while since I have seen these carpets look that clean. Duraclean did a awesome job for a reasonable price. I know who I will be calling next time.

They were on time, professional, clean, and made me feel like they really cared. I haven’t been this impressed with a home service company in… I don’t remember– and I have high standards. Some say picky– I say if you are going to pay for something, you want that something to be done right. They gave me an exact appointment time that worked around my schedule whereas another company gave me a 2 hour window. I have a really busy schedule and Duraclean understood the value of my time.
When they arrived, they did a thorough walkthrough with me. One area was a little stubborn, but they really cared, took the extra time and viola– clean!
They also put up corner guards to protect my walls from any equipment hoses. Really– I didn’t even know that could be a problem.
Then they did a Post walk through with me to make sure I was happy with the results!
I was charged the same price as quoted– No pushy upselling.
Needless to say– they were awesome and I definitely recommend them.

Alfredo Tovi and his crew cleaned my 15 yr. old carpet yesterday. What a fantastic job they did. I have used Sears (never again) and Stanley Steamers. Neither was even close to Duraclean.
