Absolutely worse rental experience here. Reserved a car this morning for a noon pickup. Booked it no problem. When my employee went to pick up the car he was told they were out of cars and won’t have one until after five. I’ve had locations be out of cars but never when I had a reservation or it wouldn’t let me book. They offered no remedy for my people. As a frequent renter I’ll not be back to enterprise.

So much for, «we pick you up!» Waited two hours for this location, kept getting sob stories about how shorthanded they were and not doing pickups only to call back and find out their driver would be a while because he was — yep, you guessed it — out doing pickups.
Wound up calling the Cumberland location, they honored my reservation, and showed up within 10 minutes.

I wanted to make sure I wrote a review for this place. I’ve written scathing reviews about other Enterprise locations in the past so I wanted to make sure I wrote a good one where it was due. After a LOT of hassle trying to go with Hertz for my car rental after my accident, I was forced to go through Enterprise (thanks Allstate… ugh). I was more than a little hesitant about it, but I didn’t really have a choice. Thankfully, this location didn’t make me regret. They didn’t pull any fast ones on me and they were pretty prompt in picking me up from Ford. My only complaint is that they gave me a car that was basically on fumes, and this didn’t appear to be the safest place to stop and figure out how to get the tank open and fill up.
