Hampton Inn

I was very impressed with the hotel physical side — rooms were nice and modern and the breakfast area was warm and inviting. However, the service is incredibly sub-​par. Simple things like you are not greeted, there was a person behind the counter that made you feel you were bothering her and no water for hhonors members.
I also had an entire group here and used their conference room. When I reported the AC did not work they blamed us. Said we should never have lowered it below 69 degrees. Huh?
Bottom line, I probably would not rush to stay here again.

My family stayed here for a wedding and we were pleasantly surprised. The interior is very modern and attractive. I liked that front entrance area of the rooms was tiled with ceramic hardwood tiles as it was unique but also very practical. The room and beds were comfortable and I enjoyed that they room was equipped with numerous USB charging ports. My only complaint about the room was the bathroom door was a barn-​door. While it was very attractive and an interesting choice, it was a bit odd since you couldn’t open the bathroom door without closing the closet door and vice versa. Not a huge deal but still a bit awkward.
The complimentary breakfast was basically your standard run of the mill hotel breakfast but the egg pizza bagels were really tasty. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

It was 2am and were driving back home and wanted to stop for the night, but unfortunately every hotel we stopped in was all booked up. We called the Hampton Inn and thankfully they had a no show and were able to give us the room. The lady at the counter was extremely friendly and the room was very big and clean. They offered complementary breakfast, which we missed because we were so tired. If we are ever in the area, we’ll definitely stay here again.

I felt welcomed from the second I checked in! Very supportive, friendly staff-​and spacious comfortable rooms. Free wifi was awesome as well! Don’t miss out on breakfast, it’s delicious!

This was a nice Hampton Inn. It was situated close to the interstate as well as restaurants, shops, gas stations, etc. The staff was very cordial and the morning breakfast was bountiful! We enjoy staying at Hampton Inns for the breakfast and the excellent service. This location was no exception!

We stayed here because it was pet friendly. Rooms were clean, huge room for a low price. The breakfast was adequate, fairly typical of a hotel breakfast. front desk staff was nice and friendly. It was too cold to use the pool but it seemed clean. Didn’t use fitness center or technology center. Very pet friendly with a side entrance and field to sniff around in for baxter. I would highly recommend it and will plan on staying here again if I’m in M’boro with my dog

Comfortable beds, very friendly service, good breakfast, clean hotel. Arrived at 10 pm after traveling 13 hours with 3 small children and we wanted easy, comfortable and clean, and that is what we received. Everything was great!

I travel frequently for work and generally stay at Hampton Inn’s as I am a diamond member with hhonors. This is one of the nicest Hampton Inn’s I have stayed at. Everything was clean, the staff was friendly, and the rooms had Directv with NFL network and multiple HBO channels. There was definitely no shortage of different places to eat around this hotel, as I stayed for a week and don’t think I ate at the same place twice.
